There are also times where the most "productive" thing we can do is pause. Pause to think, to reflect, to plan, to dream. Stop and do nothing "particular", just simply pause to see where you've been, notice where you are, and contemplate where you might go in the future. Sometimes there is too much activity, and right then the best thing we can do in order to "do more" and "be more" is to pause and reflect, then prioritize and organize and filter your activities.
